The University Chorus consists of approximately 75 outstanding students from the University of Missouri-St. Louis, as well as community adults, participating through the Department of Music and the Division of Continuing Education. Past presentations include Mendelssohn's Elijah with the University City Orchestra and Dvorak's Te Deum with the Kirkwood Symphony. The University Chorus has also appeared with the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra 's presentation, Holiday Pops. The Chorus presents two major concerts per year, often collaborating with the University Singers, University Orchestra, and various ensembles.  The University Chorus studies and presents quality choral literature from all time periods.
